Exchange Policy
Clothing items and select products can be exchanged within 3 days from the date of delivery under the following conditions:
- Items must be in original, unused condition
- All tags, packaging, and labels must be intact
- Original order receipt or invoice must be provided
Faulty or Wrong Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with photos of the product. We will guide you on the next steps for replacement or exchange.
Refunds
Refunds are offered only in exceptional cases and will be processed after the returned item is verified. Refunds will be made using the original payment method whenever possible.
